FAQ:

1. What if my service costs less than my discount?

• If your service costs less than your discount, the remaining credit applies to future services. 
• Example, if your dog’s service costs $45 but your discount is $50, the next service is free, and $5 carries over to the following one.

2. What if the person I refer has more than one dog?

• Every dog is counted. 
• Example: If your friend with 5 dogs gets all 5 dogs serviced, then it will be counted as 5 referrals.

3. Do my discounts ever reset or expire?

• Nope! 
• Example: If you refer 100 people over the course of your relationship with EMDG then you keep all discounts. No annual resets, caps, or fine print!

4. Can I cash out my discount credit instead of putting it towards my next service?

• No, we don’t cash out referral discounts.
